I use to avg 21 22 mpg. I now avg. 15.5 and I was looking for a cause. Things that have changed since the 22 mpg avg. I. winter (more idling) 2. Snow tires. 3. An inspection II service by a so called BMW expert.

I have identified my vacuum leak. It is at the front of the intake manifold between the manifold and the throttle body. It doesn't look like there is a gasket in there. Shoulde there be???? TIA
