module can be removed by depressing the tab that
you show such that it becomes flush with the
side of the module and hence you can push the module out from the backside. I had at this point pulled my radio, OBC and shifter wood facia and pulled the console back slightly to gain access to the back side of the control panel to depress that tab you
show. You may be able to depress the tab from the
backside through one of the holes without pulling
the console back.

There is a flap on the left side which usually breaks when removing the IHKA unit. Part No. 64 11 1 374 250. Mine hooked in & stayed in place on the right side & I put a small dot of epoxy to hold the left side in. If I ever have to take it out again, I'll order a couple flaps from the dealer & figure out how they're supposed to work & how to remove them without breaking them.
