If your car is standing straight it should drain the block aswell. If you are supporting the front of your car on jackstands it obviously won't.

Does doing the hose thing also drain the block? I think I'm going to use that prestone drain and fill thing when I do mine. This way, you can backflush.

It's faster to bleed the coolant by removing one of the hoses from the radiator. However this can create a bigger mess aswell.

WHAT IS THE WRENCH OR SOCKET SIZE TO DRAIN THE ANTIFREEZE FROM THE SIDE OF THE ENGINE AND IS IT HARD?
