I enjoy reading this board. Hope someone can help with this.

94 740i, Test the ICV today, resistance measure:

1 to 3: 23 ohms (should be 40 according to Bently)
1 to 2: 12 ohms (20 ...)
2 to 3: 11 ohms (20 ...)

It make a little humming when connected with key on.
The volve inside close and open freely (after cleaning)
when shake it.

Question 1: Is the ICV dead?
Question 2: Where to get a good prived ICV?
