Right side headlamp hell!! 91 750il 105k miles.
I handled it this way. It is not a completely acceptable fix, since it gives
me an error code when I turn the headlights on, but it will at least give
you headlights if you have the same problem I do, and it will also help us
to narrow down where the problem really is.

The fuses for the two headlights are right next to each other in the main
fuse box-- by this time, I'm sure you know which ones they are. Take a
piece of 14 gauge wire about an inch long, and jump the two headlight fuses
by wedging the wire between the fuse and the plastic of the fusebox, forming
an arch across the divider between the two fuses. Be sure to jump the two
fuses from the side next to the fender-- so long as you jump it there, both
headlight circuits will still be protected by the appropriate fuses.
Has anyone else on the board has this problem and fix their right headlamp problem this way . how can the wire for the load side of the fusebox fix without removing the fuse-box??
