Basicly, any decent auto upholstery shop or a real high functioning auto detailer should be able to help you out.

If the leather is just discolored, they should be able to re-dye the spots to cover them up.

If the finish of the leather is disturbed, there are flexible leather "fillers" they could level and smooth the surface with then dye the spots.
If there are holes through the leather, they they can trim and glue in a patch if the can get the leather. Sometimes you can find enough extra leather to patch small holes behind the seat backs where the leather is spiked on to the seat frames, or under the rear seat cushion.

Depending on how deep the burns are...

my wife just can home, when I tell her not to smoke in my car! and there are two burns on my leather seats? were do I go to get them fixed?
