On my 730, I found it necessary to remove the radiator fan in order to fully remove the d. cap. Since I don't have the 32mm wrench required, I found it possible to remove just the plastic blade assembly, which is secured to the visous clutch assembly with 4 allen bolts.Let is know how you get on.

Can someone give me some details, i assume its a simple
thing to do but i dont wanna get caught out.
Any help would be great.
