Can I use a 1 1/4 Socket or do I need a 32 mm. I wanted to buy the right part and without spoiling the nut.

I hope this works to remove the issue, as it is a pain to have the play in a 7-series car


Yep Sam, you can't miss it, it's right behind the Break about 1 1/4 inch nut... Your problem sounds just like what I had and this helped a great deal...
Remove the Leather panel and then the kick place, I also had to remove the black duct to get at it....
