bentley service manual for e32 and emmissions (archive)

i just buoght the bentely service manual brand new from alldirect.com for 85 bucks. i have to see it was expenxive but after looking over the book i say it was a great deal. the book itself weighs almost 5 pounds. i am trying to get my 89 750iL to pass emmissions. i have installed a new cat which seemed to be a problem before because smoke was coming out from it previously. what kind of fuel or fuel substanace will help me passs emmissions in arizona?
