Doesn't like the fuel nozzle! (archive)

Anyone ever had trouble inserting the fuel nozzle? (I'm not joking!). The "flap" under the gas cap leading to the fuel tank was stuck closed. I had to force the nozzle in and out to fuel the car. And yes it was unleaded gas. Thoughts?
