: Roshan, my wind noise is almost completely gone after fixing the plastic trim, but i have heard the early e34 mirrors produced more wind noise than the later design (post '93). Shouldn't be noticeable until you get over 80-90 mph...might want to check your weatherstrips or possibly some loose chrome, otherwise these cars are pretty quiet at speed.


I am not sure what the weatherstrips and the loose chrome refer to - I am guessing the weather strip is the rubber part aroud the door which helps it keep shut. No idea about the chrome ??
