: : Hi Everyone:

: : I have a 92 535 stick. Recently I am smelling gasoline odor when I start the car in the morning to be warmed up. once I start driving and the car is warm the smell goes away.
: : Any ideas?

: : Thanks,

: : MJ

: aside from the obvious leaking fuel line, it smells (sounds) like a leaky injector. Does your car start up real quick, like you shot xtra fuel directly into the cylinders? Usually a quick start and a fuel smell is a leaky injector, it causing a small flood condition overnight. U might want to look at an inj. leak-down test to be sure.

:check the small segment of rubber fuel line in the fuel rail along the left side of the engine.I have replaced mine twice due to fuel leakage
