The upper shock mounts are not bearing like the front. Each is a metal cup (the upper spring retainer)with a rubber center through which the shock's shaft protrudes, being retained at the top by a nut. Mine have 110K miles and are in perfect condition. It's unlikely that they ever go bad.

Can't help you with the trailing arm dogbones, but look also at the sway bar links. The rubber cracks with age, although that doesn't necessarily mean replacement is necessary.
