Help, I was briefly locked out of my 1990 525i. I finally got in on the passenger side by holding up the door handle and working the door key. (This did not work on the driver side--inside lock button moved but would not pop open.) Once in, I expected my battery to be dead. However, the car started fine but there is no radio, power windows, or data computer. I checked the fuses under the hood but did not see any blown fuses. I have had intermittent operation of my radio in the last couple of days but thought it was problem with my installation of new radio several months ago. After I took it out, checked the wiring on it and reinstalled it started working again and I thought I had fixed the problem. It quit again on the drive to work this morning but I was able (unfortunately) to lock the doors when I got to my office. Any ideas as to what may be causing this problem?
