I've been reading on this board about the recall of radiator caps. I recently purchased a 91 525i. Soon afterwards, a radiator hose blew off, taking with it the part of the radiator it attaches to. I had been wondering how such pressure could build up. Since this sounds similar to the problems that have resulted from the malfunctioning caps, do you think I have any recourse in getting BMW to replace my now damaged radiator as well as the cap?
