From what I gather, the old owner got that accesory, one button alarm. It is OEM for BMW, so it has it's own frequency, so it must use it's own components. They only sell the remotes thru BMW dealerships, $129 for one remote and $20 for the chips (3). I think I'll just get a new alarm, thanks!
