My check control is consistantlyy displaying the 'Oil Level Low' message when I start the car and when I shut it off. When it first came on, the oil level was only 1/2 quart from the top. I topped it off and it has not made a difference. It is time to change the oil so I thought I would look into it.

Anybody ever replace an Oil Level Sensor?

Was it hard? I assume it is in the bottom of the oil pan.
