Yeah, both mine are cracked (I guess stone chips'll do that @ 65 MPH (or maybe just a LITTLE more... =P)). They're not sealed beams, so it hasn't affected them (not a vacuum). I am trying to figure out how to drain them because water's building up in them, haven't had much time lately. But it hasn't decreased their performance at all, and the oly thing I'm worried about is them getting hot and the water sloshing on them and cracking the bulb, or something like that. But since I don't use my highbeams that often, I'm not too worried about it. One thing I would recommend, however, is ordering lens guards (most catalogues carry them). Save you the expense next time, quite a small investment if you consider it!
