You have the A5S 310Z automatic (or S5D 310A manual. For the Automatic: Put the car on a level lift, transmission oil is at operating temperature (30C to 55C) and engine running in neutral: now take out the fill plug and the fluid should just be dripping from the hole. Top off until the fluid drips out the hole.

For the manual: remove the fill plug. Oil should drip from the hole if the level is correct. Otherwise top off the transmission until you cannot fill any more (spills out the hole). The engine does not need to be running and you can do this cold. Keep the car level.
