I disagree with Andy...with 95k on your car and, especially, if you are keeping your E34, put new rotors definitely on the front and preferably all around. With BMW rotors, they don't exactly give you a lot of room for resurfacing and, with vented rotors, the rust inhibits cooling. Have them do a fluid flush out while they are at it (don't forget your clutch, if you have one!)

If you shop around, you will find replacement rotors are not THAT expensive.
