I'm getting 23-25 MPG with my JC chipped 530iA going back and forth to work which is 50% highway. With the stock chip I was getting 20-22 MPG. Since I was using premium gas even with the stock chip, the extra mileage saves me close to $100 per year in gas. That's a pretty good return.
