BMPDesign and Bavarian Autosport carry new OEM units (low beam about $90).

If you have never replaced a head light on a E34 then your in for some fun (not). Do you have a Bently manual ? I just replaced a friends and it took us at least an hour. (And I've done it to mine before.) You hace to take off the front grill.
