Of course size MATTERS!! Don't let any woman tell You any different because if she does, she is not telling the truth!! :o) :o) Just kidding, but down to business. I would imagine that it would be a very tight fit if it did. The 3.2 liter beast in the M3 is pretty crammed in there with very little excess space. May want to take some dimensions before You jump on the engine. Also, I would call Jason at Zionsville Autosport (www.zionsvilleautosport.com) and talk to him. He is a great source for used parts and has probably done something similar or seen it done (no affiliation, just a happy customer). If it does not work, I will be happy to trade You my M20 which will definately fit!! :o) :o)
