Joe's posting below gives you most of the answers. Eurasian said they'd be on line in a few weeks a few weeks ago when I ordered these parts. If you call them, ask when they now expect to be on line and please post it here.
I paid $69 for a 535i arm and $25 for the 750i bushing from Eurasian. The bushings pressed right into the new arm and into an OEM arm on the other side. I don't think they are OEM parts, but one never knows. They were not in BMW boxes or have BMW tags, although the bushings were labeled with the right part number.
You wouldn't want to "rebuild" an arm. It's the ball joint that wears out, and it's integral, not merely attached, to the arm.
