I had a similar problem a couple of times, usually occuring after washing the car or with cold weather and frost/condensation.

I found that the window was sticking and used a very thin knife or piece of plastic to break the seal between the window and the rubber moulding around the edge of the window. very gentily insert the thin strip bewteen the window and moulding and run it along the lenght of the window edge. Do this on both the outside and inside of the window. After freeing the window clean the window edge and the groove in the ruber moulding then apply a little silicone spray to the moulding. I found that this solved my problem.
