My car is an 89 535i automatic.

I can't tell you the entire price because I preformed the work in my garage. 8)

When my driveshaft went bad it tore the center support bushing. I replaced the bushing. But the vibration was still there so I replaced the entire shaft.

The vibration felt like it was coming from the rear of the car.

Good Luck.

: If I may ask a few questions..

: - is your car a manual? How much vibration did you experiance? Did it vibrate just in the gear shift or the entire car?

: - how much was your entire job?

: thx
