: I'm sort of in the same boat, no leaking from mine, but was forced to trim the reservoir neck a few months back because the last few threads had cracked off when i changed the hose. I trimmed the little stopper tabs, and shoved the hose further on the neck, then GENTLY retightened it. This neck section and the o-ring seem to be the weak points after 10 years/100k. It's held now for over 6 or 7 months, but it's just a matter of time i know. I keep an eye on it and have a new radiator sitting in my garage for when it finally goes (so unfortunately i don't have a "# beers rating" for this job) I got mine from one of the vendors in the back of the Roundel for $329--i've heard good things about Reseda rebuilts, but the reality is they ARE rebuilts. Just keep an eye on it, and start saving your pennies for a replacement.
