: Interesting. Does this mean they've redone all the old chips (for relics like ours) or just the new chips going forward?

: : We were at Dinan the other day (they had an ad in the newspaper for a free oil change and inspection- I knew I had a P/S leak, but they told me which hose it was! Thanks, guys! =P), and he was looking at the perfomance manual for a 735. Short of a stage 3 turbo pushing 450+ Hp/Tq, he was considering a chip. I told him how much better mine runs, and he is considering it. Turns out Dinan now programs their chips for the entire throttle range, not just WOT like they used to. So now, their chip really is comperable to a Jim C. chip. I don't know the exact steps, but that seemed to be the selling point for a Jim C. chip, that Dinan only tuned WOT. Just thought you guys would like to know. I don't know when they started doing that, but that's the new info. Oh, BTW, I will check on the Motronic (moronic...). Thankx.
