I have a 65 Mustang conv, red with white top, 289/4b now completely restored to original, with most factory goodies. I have put the original engine in storage and put in a 351 prepared windsor (edelbrock etc)giving out 340 hp. I shoehorned it into the car, and we welded the headers as the installation got along. Nothing has been changed or welded on the car, so I get it 100% original by putting org. engine back.
It drives circles around my 92-535iA if it wants to. 0-60 in 6 sec flat (if you can do it without wheelspin.
