Your high mount center stop light is out. Easy to replace. Access from the trunk, under the parcel shelf. Simply twist the plastic bulb holder located under the light and it comes out. R&R the bub and you're in business. I think it takes the same bulb as the other two brake lights but it's been a while so I'm not sure.
