Hey Tim,

As long as it is not excessive (10 minutes plus with your frigid Cali. weather) then You are fine. If you are worried, just pull your t-stat and test it out in hot water to make sure it opens and closes properly. But since it runs at the 12 o'clock position, nothing to worry about.

: Just wondering, mine takes like 10 minutes, my mom's 735i is warm within 5 minutes usually, and stays there. Is this normal, or do I have something wrong? Thanks.
