: I have a blk 92 525i and would like to put wheels on my car. What is the most inexpensive way? I was thinking of like 18 inch MSW type 55's. What happens if you get 18 inch rims without getting new springs??? Can someone help me find good deals on tires and wheels??? Please!

I'd recommend you stick with 17" wheels and tires. 18 inchers are so much more expensive to buy and you have to worry about wheel damage with low profile tires. The tirerack.com and discounttire.com will have wheels and tires for your car. I have 17's on my Formula and M5. I don't have any plans or desires to move to an 18" wheel. My $0.02.

E.
