: I bought my 1995 525iA from Hendrick BMW in December 1998. The vehicle was a certified car and had 38K miles. Although the car was certified it had several items that were either broken or needed service. The cassette Player did not play cassettes, rear tail lenses were cracked, headrest did not work, 3 series floor mates, window switch broke. They did replace and repair all that was wrong with the vehicle after I sent a letter to the General Manager. My concern was and would be did they perform a proper inspection and certification of the vehicle. I do believe that I was treated fairly and got a great car. The car has been trouble free and a blast to drive.
