I don't think the washer fluid system is heated, washer fluid has a much lower freezing temperature than water, it has additives in it such as propelyne glycol (I remember that one offhand, it was actually an ingredient in Sunny Delight, the "California" kind. Yeah, that's really natural stuff..." that make difficult to freeze. Maybe it's just water in there, or you're out. Do you know that it's freezing? Maybe your pump's gone. Or maybe you just need to switch brands, although you shouldn't have any problem with any of 'em.
