has good performance still I would not mess with it. it would not hurt to get the leak down test but don't fix it if its note broke. The units we americans typically use in a compression test are pounds per square inch. measured with the throttle plates wide open. My 535i with 200,000 plus miles had about 170+/- per cylinder with all of them about the same. there may me concern if there is a vast difference between cylinders as opposed to all being even.
The measurement they used may ber Bar or atmosheres which is about 14 psi per atmoshere (the pressure of air at sea level)
