: I've bought, not one, but two. A '90 325i w/64k & '92 535i 5speed w/75k. Depends on what you want. Got to do you home work! What do you want to know?

Well, I would like to make a bid on a 1994 530i.
But I don't want to complete the deal (buy the car) without driving it and having an inspection (especially with the history of V8 engine block problems). I have emailed the seller and I'm waiting for a reply.
My biggest question is: let's say I place the winning bid but after driving it and having it inspected, it doesn't meet my standards. Then I want to be able to walk away from the deal without being "flagged" as a bad bidder.
Any thoughts.....
