: Hi everyone again. I changed my control arms last nite and was ready to move the car out of the garage, when it happended. I started the car, then the rpm's slowly decreased from 8k to 2k. Then, the car died. I started the car three more times. It did the same thing. So, the final time I put it in neutral just after starting it and pushed the gas to rev the engine.

: It wasn't cold (75degree F) outside, the car had been run just 4 hours before. It has always idled fine after starting the car.

: Anyone have an idea why this occurred? Is the alternator or fuel injectors to blame?

I had rebuilt the entire front end and the car had sat for quite a while.I had been using the radio and tinkering inside the car. I figure I had run the battery real low and the alternaterload pulled the idle down. I have seen this befor on other cars with high amp alternaters.
