Hi Ben,
While you're in there, consider having the guibo replaced. Almost free labor-wise as the tranny is going to come out anyway.
Also, check all oil seals - crank rear main, gearbox input, output and selector shaft. Check carrier bushings as they wear and cause vague shifter feel.
Replace the shifter fork spring along with the fork itself. Replace the pivot that the slave pushes with. Yes, pilot bearing too.
It's also advisable to use new bolts and nuts on the flywheel (if removed), pressure plate and guibo.
All of these incidentals are pretty inexpensive, except the guibo at around $55.
