Code 1221 : O2 sensor AGAIN !! (archive)

Just 3 months ago, I had the error code 1264..and it was due to a bad O2 sensor. Replaced it. Now it's bad again !? Code 1221 is specifically the O2. I'll measure it tomorrow to make sure.

Any ideas why this would happen ?
