What seat upgrades available for 1991 535i??? (archive)

I've got the stock seats in my 1991 535i. Someone else here recently complained that they experienced some back pain from the seats. I too have been unable to find a seat position that doesn't give me some pain after a while. Are there any sport seats available in other models that would fit my car? If so, will the electrical connections for the adjustment motors be the same? Finally, what sources are available to locate a set of seats from a salvage car.

On a related note, I am going to try folding a towel up and placing it between the seat and the sheepskin cover I now have on it. I don't know how much this will help, but I figure it can't hurt.
