somewhere in the archives...actually i believe it was on the e32 forum,
i saw a discussion about the fact that these seats have no lumbar support
in them...someone commented that they had taken the cover off the back
of the seat, rolled up a new towel and put some zip ties around it to keep
it tight, and placed it between the upholstery and the metal framework of
the seat using additional zip ties to keep it in place...

an inexpensive fix if you don't have heated seats...i'm about to enter a 200 mile
rally with the alabama chapter CCA--and you can bet i'll be making this
modification before that event...
