: The blower problem is a blown resistor. Common problem with E34's. Dealer can replace the whole resistor a$$embly (sometimes called the "sword," I think). Some have replaced only the resistor but I'm not that good with a soldering iron.
: Check the archives for the SI light reset procedure. Briefly it goes something like this:
: Jump pins 7 & 19 on the diagnostic receptical. Turn ignition to run. Wait for SI lights to go out. Turn ignition off. Remove jumper. (Better check the archives first, though.)
