: I an having a problem with the cooling fan clipping the insulation on the front hood. i know that the engiine is not moving and I have repalced the fan shrowed. any other suggestions....I have replaced the insulation once at the cool price of $90.00 from the stealer...and needless to say I don't want to go down that path again. I have notice that my front hood is also out of line, any suggestions on adjusting the front hood?

you can adjust the hood via the rollers on the underside of your hood (side-side adjustment and front-to-rear) and the actual brackets located near the firewall, ECU and fuse boxes on either side (use these to adjust hood height at cowl). IMPORTANT, mark everything before you begin, and only do single small adjustments until it's right. I was able to adjust my hood height back up to where it should be, and now i'm only losing 1 layer of paint on the pass. side wiper arm ;^)
