The car is prewired so they will even send you the right plug that fits into the wires in the trunk. Very easy to do.

Thanks for the info - i found the keys to press on another DL (uucdigest.com) - it's program and -. mine apparently is a bmw pioneer.
i asked about mounting because i didn't see any plugs/jacks in the trunk - i was afraid i have to do that by myself.
