After going to Las Vegas for a summer weekend both my rear door panels peeled badly. What I did to fix them was to first remove them. Next I lifted off the vinyl pad that was also peeling off. I then slit the vinyl that was under the pad to relieve tension. Using a 2-part epoxy I glues down 2 inch sections at a time using a sandbag to hlod down the vinyl in the correct shape. After about 4 hours per side I was done. I then epoxied the vinyl pad back ontop of the cut. Lasted 3 months so far. I took a LOT of time doing it
