With price quotes that close, I would purchase from your local dealer. A collegue of mine ordered a radiator for his '90 535iA from a well known mail order supplier which was defective (leaking from a poor seal). As we are in Canada, and shipping/returning items involves brokerage fees etc, he had to eat the cost of removing the new rad and having the defect corrected by a local rad shop.

I personally try to stick with dealer parts if the price differential is minor.

BTW I am also in need of a new rad, let me know how it works out for you.
