Any might-as-wells w/ new thrust arm bushings? (archive)

The front end shimmy went away after he balanced the wheels for me, but the dealer says there's some play in the thrust arm bushings. Since I see those mentioned frequently on this bulletin board, I plan to replace the thrust arm bushings on my '94 530iA in the near future. The car has about 94,000 miles. Does it make sense to replace anything else while I'm at it? Thanks.
