I think your prolbem is going to be in the struts or in the upper thrust rod ball joints.
s: well, after having the *many* of the front susp. parts (everything from swaybar links to struts) replaced under warranty and not fixing an annoying clunk over bumps, i'm considering the bavarian autosport control arms. anyone used these with any success? i just want the car to be quiet over potholes. the sound is a clunk-k-k-k-k that sounds just like a loose swaybar link... if bav auto isn't the way to go, is there a more effective fix?
