I have a '94 530 and the driver's seat headrest will not go down. It will go up freely (actually it went up freely) but will not go down at all. I know it's power not manual. When I press the button I hear it trying to go down but it cannot. The passenger's seat headrest goes up and down freely.

Please help, this is uncomfortable to drive in,
