How much HP from Dinan chips and Remus Exhaust (archive)

I just bought a 1995 540ia with a (1) Dinan Engine chip, (2) Dinan transmission chip, (3) REMUS exhaust (cat back). The Owners manual says stock HP is 282. How much more do you figure are added with the above three items (10%)??

Also, is there a place with a list of all the recall items for this car, so I can make sure they were all done??
